About Stellar Larceny
Embark on a cosmic heist in this zero-gravity adventure! Maneuver the galaxy as a sentient robot armed with a magnet, jetpack, and gravity boots. Your mission? Infiltrate facilities, find parts, and return life to your friend - while running from a mysterious company intent on shutting you down.
Stellar Larceny is a zero-gravity puzzle-platformer where players take the role of Enness, a sentient robot under the control of the mysterious GAUSS Systems. After an unknown program frees them from GAUSS' influence, they must escape the facility and help save their friend from the brink of deactivation.
In these zero-gravity environments, you must use all of the movement tools available to you to deftly navigate through each facility's security systems. Use your grappling hook to cross distances quickly, your gravity boots to walk on walls and ceilings, and your jetpack to make smaller rotations and adjustments.
Use gears strewn about the facility to power on doors and deactivate traps, but take care! You might have to get creative to power on the devices in the right sequence.

"Stellar Larceny" is a genuinely made but ultimately mediocre 3D first person puzzle adventure game where you take on the role of a robot and infiltrate and "borrow" bits and pieces from zero-G environments. There's some good ideas here but the overall quality is a bit lacklustre and comes across as unpolished and ultimately not a lot of fun because of that. I think if the production values were a lot higher this could have done really well. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, an…3 found this helpful
A fun game with clever riddles, all for free! It's a great choice for players who enjoy a challenge, and with tons of speedrun potential. Definitely worth checking out if you're into puzzles and fast-paced gameplay!1 found this helpful
Fun, quick little game with novel mechanics. Reminiscent of Portal, if instead of red and orange portals and fluids you had a jetpack, a grappling hook, and magnet boots.
