Wonderland! The first three games have been a part of my life for about as long as I can remember, back when I was just a little kid in primary school. This release is based on a mobile port of the original Wonderland trilogy, which I have tried out before in the past but couldn’t personally get on with due to thinking that the touch screen controls did not mesh well with the games in the slightest. It is for that reason I am glad that they have brought these games over to Steam, as I can now play them anywhere I like on the Steam Deck instead, whether that’s simply downstairs in the living room or on a long car trip. I have never actually finished any of the original Wonderland games as the later puzzles in them genuinely get really complex and super tricky to figure out, but that’s arguably what’s kept me coming back all these years. The games are still as great and as addicting to play as ever, but I do have some major talking points with this rerelease that I need to go over. The biggest one for me right now is that the map screen for Secret Worlds seems to be broken. Any time I complete a level and return to the map screen, the cursor becomes frozen and unable to move.
