I can't recommend this game because it has a competitive loop that's extremely boring after 20-30 minutes. If you can get this game on sale for $2-$3 maybe I could recommend it, but there are a lot of other simulator games out there that are worth your money. This game has a lot of bugs, things are constantly glitching out from the truck. There is zero music when you're driving from place to place, or even in your home. Your "home" is a garage that's all white. There's nothing to interact with, NPCs barely speak to you. It has a lot of potential but it's giving sloppily thrown together to follow on the simulator hype.
