Strike Force 3

I am having fun so far with this game. Graphics are decent - it runs on Unreal Engine and has good lighting (lumen). Game feels and plays very much like an early 2000s military shooter game, but with modern graphics, so for those looking to play a game with that classic feeling, this is it. I like that I can just jump into the game without having to worry about knowing the story line of the previous games - you definitely don't need to have played the previous Strike Force games. Also it is a very refreshing change from modern military games which are more interested in pushing a political message of distrust against the government. I do wish however that Strike Force 3 had savegames - game is hard and it is frustrating to have to restart a mission due to lack of savegames.

With a real AI, a real checkpoints system and a freaking leaning option, you will have a decente game ! Too bad :/ easy mode : peace of cake normal mode : hell on earth

It's an OK game. There are parts that frustrated me. It is very linear and at times it was hard to see what the developer intended to have the player do. A map would be helpful. The graphics were not "Stunning" in my opinion. I'm working my way through the missions. I bought the game while it was on sale.

[h1] Strike Force 3 [/h1] [h3] Positives: [/h3] + Some of the graphics are good + Nice lumen lighting and shadow effects + Good sounds and music + Okay voiceover/acting + FOV adjuster + Some level areas are nicely designed + The sniper rifle + Some parts are quite fun + DSR + Achievements + Different difficulty levels to choose from (thank God for that!) + When there is any form of variation in missions + Okay length (about 5 hours) [h3] Negatives: [/h3] - No classic Delta Force vibe this time (what a shame!) - A lot of bugs - The settings reset when you press esc in-game, and also resets when you start the game - The resolution seems upscaled (even if DSR is off) - You havent got enough time to read the intro letters to each mission because of the short loading time - Absolutely no checkpoint or save game system (you must restart the whole mission if you die) - Most missions are unnecessary long (especially when there is no quick save/checkpoints) - If you choose the harder difficultys, then I wish you good luck! (you'll need it) - Extremely linear and heavily scripted - To call it Artificial Intelligence is an insult to real AI, but its artificial, I'll give it that! - Almost …

If you're noticing that crouch doesn't work, increase shadow quality. Good game so far. Recommend if you like the late 90's/early 2000's shooters.
