"SunSenSim™" is a laughably simplistic retro arcade bullet hell style game where you just move around the incredibly lazy minimalist game environment and shoot and dodge and stuff... this is a weak entry in an obsolete genre, so it's no surprise it was a huge flop on Steam. The most amusing part of this game is that the developer thought people would pay him money for this. The game implementation here is of a pretty low technical standard. The implementation is basic and comes across as threadbare, more like a 'weekend project' rather than a commercial release. An experimental piece... and the experiment is "can I spend $100 on Steam Direct and then call myself a game dev". Why this kind of thing is good for gamers is unclear. The graphics here are particularly awful, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. THIS GAME IS SO GOOD, i cant tell if im good at it or not but im having a fun time
[h1]Before I played SunSenSim™, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good[/h1]
