Super Lee World

Super Lee World is an unabashed 2D retro pixel ripoff of Super Mario World from Nintendo, and even seems to contain slightly defaced artwork from Nintendo's copyrighted game. While this is being given away for "free", it's still an unabashed example of copyright infringement (creating a derivative work without license or permission of the copyright holder), and it's also vastly inferior to the original game they're ripping off. Pretending this isn't just a test to see how far someone can go before Nintendo sues, it's very badly done, with some of the sprites being "muddy" deliberately as part of the poor way they were edited in a lame attempt to make them look like slightly different pallette swaps of the original game sprites. Resolution and controls are locked and can't be changed, so on its own merits, the game is garbage. I really hope Nintendo sues.

Super Lee World is a traditional 2D platformer that combines straightforward running and jumping with collectible hunting, hidden areas, character transformations, special powers, and a large assortment of enemies. Developed and published by Kyrios Game Studio, it clearly draws inspiration from classic platforming adventures while attempting to provide additional depth through secrets and optional challenges. Its colorful presentation and accessible controls make it suitable for casual play, while players interested in completing everything will encounter considerably more demanding objectives. The basic adventure follows Lee across multiple worlds containing distinct environments and challenges. Movement is designed to be intuitive, allowing newcomers to understand the fundamentals without spending significant time learning complicated controls. Helpful messages provide additional guidance throughout the journey. Players who simply want to reach the end of each stage can generally concentrate on navigating obstacles and defeating enemies without being forced to uncover every optional element.
