The game starts of very easy, but ramps up difficulty well. Some real head scratchers towards the end of the campaign.

A great puzzle game! I think we would call it a deductive puzzle, something like Mine Sweeper or Sudoku. Lots of levels!

I got stuck in the area where all puzzles were 9x9 and you had to place 2 stars. There don't seem to be any hints, and it's not clear from the level select menu which puzzles are with 2 stars. The difficulty went from a lot of very very easy puzzles with 1 star to a bunch of 2 star puzzles that got very hard very quickly. I'd prefer the puzzles with 1 star, but I can't continue to the next set of puzzles and see if those are 1 stars or not before I have finished these, so I guess I'm done playing then? I was looking forward to some more difficult puzzles with 1 star, but it doesn't seem like I'll be able to get to those.

outrageously priced. i love star battle as a puzzle but like $10 for this is a little insane. also, you can't drag the dots?? either play hoshi on your phone or go to puzzle-star-battle dot com. hoshi you can pay like a $10 annual subscription but most of the content is free, and the website is entirely free (i give them like $3 a month though bc i respect the vision)
