About Tank Battle
The game is developed on the Unity 3d game engine. It is an attempt to implement in 3d childhood game named Battle City, that was produced and published by Namco in 1985.
I am not trying to cash in on this game and do not pretend being unique or new. It just turned out something acceptable from the project. Maybe someone else will be interested to play.

Простая, но увлекательная механика, интуитивно понятное управление и динамичные бои делают игру отличным выбором для коротких игровых сессий. Графика выполнена в минималистичном стиле, что добавляет ей шарма ретро-игр. Разнообразие уровней и танков с уникальными характеристиками заставляют подбирать тактику к каждому сражению. Однако, игра не лишена недостатков. Отсутствие более глубокой истории и однообразный геймплей на поздних этапах могут быстро наскучить. Музыкальное сопровождение могло бы быть более разнообразным. I was surprised how many tank games there are, yet it took me so long to find Tank Battle as the closest approximation/remake to the childhood favourite. I just wish the developer would come back and add a local 2-Player Versus mode. Would pay for a modern remake of Battle City in a heartbeat if someone would actually bother to make one. Meanwhile, big thanks for sharing this project!
This game is almost faithful to the original. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face with this nostalgia. Just that enemy tanks are not that distinguishable compared to Battle City. Power Ups are sometimes hard to see and don't have a sound effect when they spawn. But other than that everything is well adapted into 3D
