For 9$, this game blew me away at how BEAUTIFUL it looks. Genuinely looked amazing to look at the whole time. The jumpscares themselves weren't that scary, but the atmosphere and tone was top notch and more than carried in the horror factor

PROS + Strong atmosphere. + Good visuals. + Interesting enclosed environment rather than a simple looping hallway. + Well-executed jumpscares. + Convenient save system. + Engaging story that keeps you curious. CONS - The anomaly-hunting formula may still feel familiar to players who have played many games in the genre. - Relatively short experience. VERDICT The Alley is a surprisingly enjoyable horror game that manages to make the anomaly-hunting formula feel more interesting than I expected. I really liked that it doesn't simply rely on an endlessly repeating corridor and instead gives you an enclosed environment that feels more engaging to explore. The atmosphere, visuals, jumpscares, enemies, and story all work together nicely, while the comfortable save system keeps the experience from becoming unnecessarily frustrating. It's a short but memorable horror experience that I'd recommend if you're looking for something atmospheric without a lot of unnecessary repetition. 4/5

Great game good graphics, plays well a deep story and some very cool ghosts and monsters I hope to see more from this Dev soon I will be keeping an eye out for any games very nice work.

Kinda short, story not as deep as I thought. But it's a good game overall! THE SKIP BUTTON PLEASE!!
