About CAPTURED
CAPTURED is an analog horror game where you capture anomalies on camera to escape what seems to be an endless hallway in your own home. Investigate mysterious phenomena, survive frightening entities, and reach the end of the hallway!
Explore a procedural generated endless hallway filled with unusual phenomena and ever-changing rooms. Caught in a never-ending loop, leaving the house only leads you right back into the same hallway. Plunged in complete darkness, room after room, your once-familiar home feels increasingly alien.

Break the loop by exercising your memory skills. Use your camera to zoom in on suspicious changes and select their anomaly type. Missing or incorrectly identifying any unusual phenomena within a loop will wipe your camera's memory. Correctly capture 13 anomalies to escape.

Watch out for unwanted company. While silence may be a good tactic, staying too long within a loop could give away your location. Use your flashlight, camera, and the doors strategically to survive each entity's unique mechanics.

Using a custom movement experience, step into a nostalgic late '90s aesthetic with realistic graphics, minimal UI, and a chilling atmosphere.

✦ AI summary
Players praise the creepy atmosphere and anomaly-hunting gameplay that creates genuine scares, with many finding the initial frustration part of the appeal. Common complaints focus on the ambient audio being too intense and the ending feeling underwhelming, though the overall experience receives strong recommendations from most reviewers.
Game rage baited me at first and I'll be honest it was so hard to find some of the minor anomalies, but I genuinely had a lot of fun playing this game. It was fun learning the mechanics through trial and error and the overall aesthetic and vibe of the game kept you feeling suspenseful. I bought the second game because I enjoyed the first so much. I beat the "game" but I still need to try harder levels/go for achievements. REALLY hoping the story continues in the second, I've avoided looking up spoilers because I'm actually kind of invested lol. Anyway if you're a fan of games like observation duty, etc, then you'd probably really enjoy this game and you should pick it up. You'd be a fool not to grab it on sale and imo, it's def underpriced.2 found this helpful
Pretty good game with lots of replayability.1 found this helpful
While it is a short runtime, it is very replayable and is probably the best anomaly catching experience out there. It has a load of references that anyone into this genre will find appealing. 10/101 found this helpful
Scary game ahead, play at your own risk. I screamed, I panicked, and I let my friend watch me get scared. It's an anomaly game done perfect in my honest opinion. It works, there's no glitches, gameplay is smooth as butter, and the story is intriguing. The price point of the game is perfect and the fact it has an endless mode is incredible! I really enjoyed it, and if you like scary games you will too! 12/10 would buy, scream, and scream again!
it's got some bugs with the entities and sometimes stutters when a big thing spawns, but its a fun quick game
Short, but very high quality.
