The Golf Club VR is built off the foundation laid by HB Studios’ original award winning game released in 2014, The Golf Club, taking advantage of the original game’s stunning visual presentation and over 130,000, two kilometer² procedurally and user-generated courses. The Golf Club VR will allow you to enjoy your round of golf like never before. With the HTC Vive room-scale capabilities, users have the opportunity to play golf from the comfort of their home all while having complete control over their experience. Choose the right club for every situation from your interactive golf bag. Plan how you want to attack each hole with your yardage booklet and receive on-the-fly information for each shot from your golf watch, or just simply explore the vast landscape around you.

Fix for Startup Crash on Newer Intel Processors Hey everyone! If you've been experiencing a startup crash issue with TGC VR on newer Intel processors, I've got a solution for you. I encountered the same problem with my 10th generation Intel processor, where the game would launch with a white screen and then crash. To fix this, follow these steps: Right-click the game in your Steam library. Click on "Properties." In the Properties window, go to the "Launch Options" section. Paste the following command into the launch options: cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%" After applying this fix, the issue was completely resolved for me, and now I can play the game without any problems. I haven't played this game since it came out up tiil a few days ago and i have to say, It probably is the best vr golf game on pc vr right now still. I haven't tried Golf+ yet since it's not pc at the moment. This game does still work just fine with valve controllers. You just have to use the narrow touch pad or the analog in place of the vive setup. The intro had me stuck for quite some time with the Zoom in feature. When it says look through the hole i thought it meant the visual reticle thing in vr but it means the hole of the vive controller. once i realized that, i just had to bend back my controller pretty far, like 90 degrees and it activated the scope and i was able to actually play the game. Was annoying that it didn't seem like there was a way to skip the tutorial but ah well, i figured it out. It also runs very smooth on a 3080. I had forgotten last time i played this i was running an amd 390 from 2015. So yah i was able to bump up the detail alot with aa and it still runs good
