So, this one is weird to me. It had a concept that I really enjoyed, with a story that felt unique while remaining in familiar territory. That being said though, is kind of where my praise has to stop. First and foremost; the story was entirely too short and was over before I realized it. Also, as one other user phrased it, you just had to put your own personal PC nonsense into what was otherwise an entertaining story, didn't you? You just couldn't handle going one minute without spewing your garbage on everyone else as if you needed to let everyone know that you're a crossfit vegan cyclist in your off time when you're not doing whatever this is. Had the author managed to keep their own politics out of the story, greatly to the detriment of an essential character, then this would've been worth recommending, even if only on sale. But I honestly, just can't recommend it. 4/105 found this helpful
Alternative title: How to get rid of your emotional baggage. Let death come to the old you and embrace the transformation in your life. So I do not recommend it if you're not prepared to let go just yet. Or maybe this is exactly what you need. What can I say? ♪ ♫ Let it go, let it go! Can't hold it back anymore ♫ ♪ About the replayability: - Your choices do impact the outcome, but you can only see that in new playthroughs. These subtleties are an essential part of the storytelling and the philosophical reflection. - Reacting differently to your grim reaper shows different sides of their personality. Really well written. - Choosing different forms for your grim reaper unlocks special hidden dialogues. And there are a lot of mythological options from different cultures! What am emotional roller coaster. I highly recommend this game but I think for some it will be an emotional read, its so hard letting go and this is a story about that, not everything has a happy ending.
