The Life of Arthur

i had no idea what to expect from this, a near zero review rpgmaker game. i was browsing the rpgmaker games and laughed at the old man i didnt recognize on the title screen and that's what intrigued me. this was a wild ride. i played this with a friend watching and we were spitballing what we thought was happening and was immediately thrown off. overall, great! i want to play it again and get the other ending. the questions were very compelling and i found myself stumped on what to answer. my friend is now interested in the works that inspired you to make this game. super cool man! :)

I have played through once so far and I will definitely play again. It's a short game but it definitely has enough Schopenhauer to satisfy most people. The quest is fun and there is a feeling that the story is hinting at something larger than one playthrough could possibly incover. The choices of how the character understands the world allow for a kind of philosophical customisation that you don't get in many games.

I want to play this so badly, but it always freezes :( It wasn't bad so far, amused me couple times... And even had great points I wasn't aware of some time... OMG can you make Nietzsche game too? I wrote email waiting for support! Don't read if you don't want to be ULTRA DEPRESSED!!!
