Okay, this needs some polish. But it is really really cool. Spawn in some ships and walk around as the halls catch fire and spark! This is super neat. Oh I had to put my graphics on low to get it smooth. But I didn't mind.6 found this helpful

As a fan of the show this was a genuinely fun little experience, getting to freely explore the ship and stumble across places like Dr. Finn's office was a real treat. That said, once the novelty of wandering around wears off there isn't a whole lot else to actually do.
Title says it all -- if that interests you than you'll love this. I've seen a few ship models in Second Life, but this is a true labor of love and astoundingly detailed. There's a lot to do throughout the ship, items you'd expect might be a non-functional prop will prove to be fully functional. The bridge is fully functional, there's a number of locations to travel to and (given a few of the Steam achievements available) fully functional weapons. I check it out for a while, come back later and am always surprised at the detail and how much there is to do in there. Highly recommended! Technical notes: I'm running on Ubuntu 24.04 on an i7-8700 with 32GB and a GTX1650 (4GB), and run at 1280x720. Oddly on first run, instead of Proton auto-installing whatever it needs to run, it says Visual C is not installed and (assuming you hit the "Yes" button) runs the "Unity Engine install missing stuff" program... which does work fine, the game starts up after that. It ran a bit poorly at first, with CPU usage at 800-900%; I suspect compiling shaders. But within a minute it was done with that; CPU usage is a bit high (300-400%) but 30-40FPS on epic, and as much FPS as I'd ever want o…
If you love the show you owe it to yourself to explore the ship. Its come a long ways since it was first released, just like the show. The people that make this definitely did a great job at recreating the ship with the information available from the show. I've pulled it out after several updates and I've had a good time exploring. It's not like it's going to cost you anything. It's a labor of love and a gift to fans of the Orville.
its a bugie game really bugy so dont think it wont stutter also everytime you go into another room it has too load that room so that will make some lag inside the game but i like the idea
