What Steam players say

✦ AI summary

Players express mixed feelings about this game's decline, with frustration centering on pay-to-win mechanics that allegedly ruined the experience and led to the game's closure, though some appreciate the nostalgic memories and community experiences they had during its better days. The common complaint is that aggressive monetization and poor management decisions destroyed what was once beloved, while those with positive sentiment focus on cherishing the time they spent rather than endorsing the current or final state of the game.
5/10
[EN]
The Zombies Won't Be Back This Time...
It was specifically September 2015 when I added this game to my library, because I thought, "Yeah, I will eventually give it a try." The years passed and I completely forgot about this game. Only at the beginning of September of this year - eleven years later - I saw that they were going to shut down the servers, which reminded me that this game exists and that I still hadn't played it. This was my last chance to finally play it for a little bit. Well, it's an ok Counter-Strike. It's clearly made for the Asian market, given its character designs and the way they monetize this game by pulling for characters, guns, and cosmetics (some of them are even trials). Characters have their own abilities, a little bit like a hero shooter, but still mixed with the basic mechanics of Counter-Strike. You still have the Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists, after all. Some characters can be played on both sides. Oh, you also have the zombie side, depending on what mode you play. There are a lot of modes: Zombie Disaster Mode, Zombie Scenario, Zombie Hero, Zombie Hero Classic, Original, Hide and Seek, Deathmatch, Team Deat…
