Lucky me has the dubious honour of writing the first review for "The Process: Need a Job?". "The Process: Need a Job?" is, well, kind of a joke game I guess, it's supposed to make you laugh at how frustrating employment can be... it's really nonsensical despite effort going into this, at least part of it would be sloppy English translation. It's a "job simulator" where you're stuck at a desk and have to survive until you get angry enough to quit. Survival is a matter of mucking around with a couple of desktop simulators, playing some very lame minigames... really, it's not fun, and I hope my description didn't mislead anyone into thinking it might be. Part of the reason it's just not fun is how badly built it is. Quality matters. Part of the reason games from Blizzard, Rockstar, Bioware and all the other superstars of gaming do so well is because they're usually so well polished. They look great, they feel great to play. "The Process: Need a Job?" looks awful, and feels awful to play. So if you came across this game wondering if it's some hidden gem and nobody discovered it yet, that's not the case. Truly in my own personal opinion, i think this game is pretty solid. It could for sure use some updates, but after playing it some, it def has some potential to be something great or a great start for a new developer. Some sound bugs and flashing here and there, but the game is fun and can be addicting once you know what you're doing.
