About Toran
When a probe discovers remains of an ancient civilization on a distant moon, an exploration of the site becomes the top priority of the United Earth’s space agency. Due to the extreme distances and the harsh uninhabitable environment of the moon, it will be possible to get an expedition there - but not back.
In its final week the expedition realizes that one of the alien devices at the site may be used to travel between worlds. What seemed to be a one way trip could suddenly turn into an intergalactic odyssey. But first, a course must be set by unlocking the vehicle's holographic navigational system.

Pretty cool puzzle game!
I LOVE this game. It's extremely short, but that's the only negative thing I can say about it. I would absolutely be willing to pay for a longer version of this. Immersive environment with some interactive puzzles.
"Toran" is not a full game, it's just a VR tech demo... this is shorter than most student projects on Steam. It seems the developer had intended to make this into a full product and sell it, but then couldn't be bothered. It's unclear why this was published at all. What do you do in the game? This VR tech demo has you wave your arms around in VR to do some little shape puzzles and things, but it's incredibly short, being a demo rather than a full game. Even so, the controls are awkward, it's riddled with bugs, it's badly optimised... it's just not fun. The game is quite short, and can be run through in just 15 minutes. The lack of content here makes it hard to suggest it's worth spending the time to add to your library and download. Despite not being in Early Access, it's obvious this is an incomplete product. Developers have an obligation to deliver complete, not partially done products to gamers, that shouldn't be controversial. Whatever the excuses may be, it does no service to gamers for incomplete products polluting Steam like this. It makes it harder for gamers to find complete games, and it makes it harder for ethical developers who do the right thing to find thei…

This should be developed much further. It's great but far too short! I could play this for hours if it kept going.
A short but captivating VR puzzle adventure. The sci-fi mystery of an ancient alien device is compelling, and the environmental storytelling is superb. Perfect for a quiet evening of immersive exploration, though you'll wish it was longer.
