Game left early access today 2025. The last update was in 2019. Was rough then. Apparently got sold then reverted to the original owner. This was the most inconsistent early access game I've seen.3 found this helpful

This game is full of bugs, and glitches. Every time i go to try to grab items from a bag or dead body I have to click and keep going in and out of the menu to get it to work. Some buildings that should be enterable are not and are blocked by an invisible force field with loot or bad guys behind them. The military guys for some reason could not even hurt me. I was able to go right to their face and boringly punch them to death. The only guys that were able to hurt me were the mutants and the dogs. I'm going to get my last bit of trading cards from this game by afking
Let's be real...this was released just so they could recoup some of the investment. There is so much wrong here. Missing assets that don't load, or are entirely missing. Uninspired enemies (the "mutants" look more like aliens, and feel like a bullet sponge one moment, and a one shot kill the next). Environments are nice looking, but barely any interaction with what is inside of them. The Unreal 5.5 engine is honestly unimpressive here. There are nearly zero enhancements mentioned here, or at the least not noticeable. Gun play is very lack luster. POV in crouch mode gets easily broken where your camera crouches, but the character model (the arms/hands/gun) does not. Audio is boring. The fact that you can get over encumbered extremely quickly ruins the experience completely. The price looks good, but avoid.
