About Treasure Defence

This is a VR-Only game, using OpenXR

Argh Pirates!! The brits are attacking your pirate cove! Get ready to fight them, using towers you acquire from various mini games. Place them on the board and slam the bell to start the wave. The towers will automatically target the British boats when they pass by.

Types of towers:
Rifleman Tower - Fast Projectiles with low damage
Bomber Tower - Slow but high damage
Monkey Catapult - Attaches itself to a enemy boat and deals damage over time
Harpoon Tower - Slows down the enemies

The towers can be acquired by interacting with the arcade machines.
Claw Machine
Whack-a-moneky: Essentially Whack-a-mole, but with a monkey's hand instead. Hit that monkey a certain amount of time to be rewarded a tower
Shoot a bottle: Inside the cabinet is a shooting range, where you have to use a pistol and shoot a certain amount of bottles to be rewarded a tower.

Treasure Defence is a free VR tower defense game. It worked on my Index system, looked ok, played NO, sounded ok. CONS: - No in-game instructions or tutorial. Not sure what i am doing. - There is no money to start with. - There is no pieces to start with. - Buttons don't work. - The mini-games require coins that you don't have. Maybe try this free VR game, if you like tower defense games, but this is very unfinished and broken.

A below-average game with too many issues to ignore.

This could be a nice way to pass some time BUT seems to need more input from dev The game is broke!! You can start the game by moving your left thumb stick (to turn on oculus) and pressing the X button To select start A map is in one corner of the room select it up with X button You get 100 coins to start an this allows you to buy 1 tower (you get 2 mines as well) This is where the game is broke!! You can place the tower on the map and the mines on the water Unfortunately you can’t really get close to the map to do this, (if you have a static boundary) I found if I change from static boundary to room scale boundary I could walk back a forward enough to reach the map. The teleport function of this game might help but I could not get it to work. But to be honest the dev need to allow pass though solid objects to play this properly I got to level 3 before I decided I’d had enough walking back and forth i cant recommend this game It reportedly won some Norwegian game award...Not sure how! As it need more instructions when you press help button it need pass though The teleport function needs to be looked at and the graphics on small boats need to be better
