Grandpa: Bread Adventure

AI Slop deserve only one type of review - negative. Also it has a really strange and boring game design.

The game is interesting but unfortunately not all achievements work and developers don´t give an answer.

We have to help the grandpa get to the store to buy bread. This is what the game is made of, that we run, dodging various obstacles, collecting various bonuses and coins along the way to improve the grandfather's statistics (improvements). Having collected all the bread, we will move to some secret place, supposedly our victory in buying bread. But you figure it out yourself. I will not tell/spoil about it. There are quite a few achievements in this game, and about half of them are related to the usual farming of one or another action, for example, running a distance or collecting something. Yes, some farm achievements can scare you, but over time you will get used to the game. And it will seem like some kind of... to you (well, I mean you'll have to try really hard). Although sometimes you need to be careful while running.

Grandpa: Bread Adventure is a quirky action runner built around the wonderfully mundane objective of helping an elderly man make his way to a store for bread. Developed and published by Mad Forge Games, the game takes that simple errand and transforms it into an exaggerated journey filled with hazards, strange encounters, useful items, and deliberately absurd humor. Rather than portraying Grandpa as a conventional athletic hero, the game embraces his age and physical limitations, making them an important part of both the mechanics and the comedy. The basic objective involves guiding Grandpa through city streets while avoiding the numerous problems standing between him and his destination. Geese, electric scooters, environmental obstacles, and other dangers turn an ordinary walk into something resembling an obstacle course. Movement alone is not enough to guarantee success because Grandpa has limited health and endurance. Constantly pushing forward without considering his condition can therefore become risky. This gives the running mechanics an additional layer of resource management and distinguishes the experience from runners that simply demand continuous movement and fast react…
