Story:
Tanaka Ryuu is your typical salaryman who worked as an accountant in a company. He lived a boring life full of work every day until one day, he went drinking with his colleagues at Shinjuku after work. As he heads home, a lovely girl in a bunny outfit introduces “Usagi Health Club,” a health club for people like him. Reluctantly, he decided to give it a try. But all is not what it seems; what sinister world would Tanaka discover in the nightlife of Tokyo and this club in particular? How would he ever see things differently again?

*The game is based in an actual location in Tokyo, Shinjuku, but the club is fictional.

I got this game on sale & that's the only way I could justify anyone getting this game unless you're really into ugly bastards and getting cucked. Scenes are decent, but the endings are hardcore and it just left me feeling sorry for the girls.

True to the publisher’s style, the game leans heavily into darker themes and features plenty of over-the-top semen fountains. The art is generally good, but the many mundane minigames are a downer. Also, getting the final achievement will require a tedious amount of grinding.

Usagi Health Club is an adult-oriented visual novel that blends lighthearted storytelling with simple interactive elements, positioning itself as a casual experience built around character appeal and player choice rather than complex systems. Developed by PUSH! Soft and published by Push Publication, the game follows an everyday office worker whose routine life takes an unexpected detour after discovering a themed club filled with playful intrigue and temptation. The premise is intentionally uncomplicated, serving mainly as a framework for character encounters and branching outcomes, and it leans heavily into familiar visual novel conventions to guide players through its narrative. The structure of the game alternates between story segments and interactive minigames, creating a loop where progress is earned through participation rather than purely through reading. Each in-game night offers opportunities to interact with different characters, and players decide how to spend their time, which directly influences which scenes become available. The inclusion of multiple minigames—many inspired by classic casino or chance-based activities—adds a layer of agency to the experience. These…

I think overall the game is alright. I know that not everyone will like the themes present in this game but overall things are done fairly well. Really this game is made for a very specific audience as not everyone will enjoy this game. Flavors: Bunny girls, paid service, pregnancy, cheating, blowing, bad endings, grape. Pros: - Gallery - achievements - great art - mini-games Cons: - potentially short There are also some glitches if you click through really fast with things staying on the screen. Also I noticed that the game does not follow the rules of blackjack, such as Aces always being 11 instead of 11 or 1.
