an unfinished proof-of-concept demo that has like 30 minutes worth of content stretched into ~2-3 hours at least it's not as bad as ReVOLUTION2 found this helpful
Ok so, aside from the fact that the game loves crashing if you want it to run in a better resolution or if you want to exit the game, the concept and feel of the game is alright.2 found this helpful
Just horrible. Can't believe it's created by the same Parallax that made Exodus from earth masterpeiece1 found this helpful

really annoying because i wanted to like this one but it was genuinely too frustrating for me to dedicate much time to. respect to it trying to experiment on a budget of maybe five dollars but its liberal use of, frankly, annoying game design mechanics (endlessly spawning enemies, slavjank laser pointer enemies, a total lack of any traditional health / ammo pickups, etc) overpower how potentially interesting soooome of Utopia City's more original mechanics could have been and bring it down to earth, as ambitious as it is.
Nice story.
