About VECTORLORD

- Classic ‘90s aesthetics, inspired by Genesis and DOS Shareware games.
- Combine any two weapon power-ups into an even deadlier hybrid. Learn how to juggle your combo.
- Shoot, teleport, kick, and master a variety of powerful tide-turning consumable items.
- Replay earlier levels to gather resources, but beware - enemies grow stronger with time.

VECTORLORD brings some modern twists to old-school difficulty. Players only have a limited number of lives to complete the game with (run out and it’s Game Over for that save file), and each successive life purchased costs more. Players have a safety net to fall back on, taking inspiration from modern classics like Dark Souls; players can restore lost lives by reclaiming them up from where they fell. As intense as that sounds, VECTORLORD offers multiple difficulty settings, plus options to tone down the neon glow for photosensitive players.

I can't say crap about this game because it's so good.6 found this helpful
This is one insanely entertaining game. The movement features are genius and the rules of 'physics' in the game world are excellent. It is true to form in a very modern version of a classic 2D scrolling shooter game - but with such seemless and limitless variables at play on the screen all at the same time it pushes the limits of the senses and invites new levels of creativity to win each progression. I highly recommend!4 found this helpful

Very solid Twin Stick Shooter which clearly knows what it wants to be and does so pretty well. Some minor adjustments would be nice, like rethinking System Upgrades (I ended up exclusively using the Shield one as it's the best by far) or improving visual clarity (sometimes I didn't even know what hit me), but overall it was a great experience.1 found this helpful
