its really simple and doesn't overwhelm you with "the optimal playthrough", you can go at your own pace, and it is a breath of fresh air from the competitive atmosphere of gaming rn

waxweaver is a small but imaginative sandbox RPG that makes a strong first impression through its unusual world design. Instead of placing players on a conventional flat map, the adventure unfolds across a procedurally generated square planet with gravity adapted to its shape. This gives exploration a distinctive character as players travel around the surface, dig underground, collect materials, and gradually uncover what the generated world contains. Developed by kaiakairos and published by kaiakairos alongside Scarecrow Arts, it is clearly designed as a compact experience rather than an enormous survival game, and that focused approach helps keep its progression moving at a comfortable pace. Exploration forms the heart of the experience. Each generated planet provides an environment where curiosity is rewarded through resources, items, underground areas, and other discoveries. Mining through terrain and searching different parts of the world creates a pleasant sense of uncertainty because players are never entirely sure what might be waiting beyond the next area. Good short game, Straight forward progression. something lite and fun.. good enough entry for a new survival crafting game

I actually adore this game so much, down to the art style, the concept, the simplicity, it is just a good time all around! Reminds me a lot of the early stages of terraria, before it gets super complicated, but it stays that way. And its free!! Although I would have gladly paid a couple bucks for it. Check it out!!!
