If you're looking for a SteamVR-compatible media player, Whirligig is perfectly adequate, affordable, and has ongoing support. Perhaps there are better options, but in this case, "good enough" is good enough. Recommended.

Pretty much the best VR video player out there and the developer is super responsive with adding in requested features - definitely worth full price. Heck, even at full price it feels like I'm taking advantage of the developer as the price to features ratio is absolutely bonkers and it consistently is getting updated with new features. 10/10 would buy again.
