You’ve got a single purpose in Wife Quest: rescue Fernando, your kidnapped husband, who’s been snatched by Morganna, the Dark Elf. During your adventure, you’ll face Morganna’s companions, the Monster Girls.
Help Mia, in this 2D retro platformer, a cute and charismatic former warrior who lives alongside Fernando, a mere farmer. Mia happens to be overjealous and quick to anger, but only if faced with anyone who happens to hit on her hubby!

Wife Quest is a charming retro-style action platformer developed and published by Pippin Games that embraces the spirit of classic 16-bit adventures while adding its own playful personality. The story follows Mia, a fearless former warrior whose peaceful married life is interrupted when her husband, Fernando, is kidnapped by the seductive Dark Elf Morganna and her army of Monster Girls. Rather than presenting a dramatic fantasy epic, the game approaches its premise with exaggerated humor, witty dialogue, and an intentionally over-the-top narrative that never takes itself too seriously. This lighthearted tone gives the adventure a unique identity and keeps the journey entertaining from start to finish. The visual presentation is one of the game's strongest qualities. Every level is filled with vibrant pixel art, detailed backgrounds, and expressive character animations that successfully recreate the nostalgic charm of classic console platformers. it's good hard and unfair with most bosses, so don't expect this game to be easy jokes are ok...
cheap and cheerful casual thematic sidescroller. tends to be button mashy, but aside from that, looking at a screenshot, you know what you're getting. Nothing special, but nothing too much in the way either,
Easy recommendation, nice visuals, nice gameplay. I don't see any reason to complain aside some minor nickpicks.
Fun platformer, it ain't much but I had my fun. Worth the price. The jiggle feels a bit unecessary and models clip weirdly sometimes but people love their jiggle so I can't really complain. I am the perfect wife.
