I play tested this game on live stream several times, it is a TON of fun. Very relaxing tower defense-like farm building sim mixed with a kitchen sim. There is so much love and time poured into this game by the devs, and they listen to the players. There's a ton of stuff to do, crops to grow, animals to take care of, kitchens to build, and critters to slay. Y'all have fun with this one, I know I did. :)4 found this helpful
The game has bones to be a really good game. I did find it a bit stressful with the lack of direction. The critters are CRAZY overpowered so you can't really progress easily, as I felt most my time was spent fending them off. There are no instructions on what crops do what as defenses, so it's really all guess work. Would be fun as co-op. Definitely needs to be balanced more, but a good game.2 found this helpful
Super fun game with many challanges , bugs trying to take you crops . Bear's and racoons running away with you good . maybe you want to hit the Lake and do some Fishing. head down to the Mines and load up on Gems , Go into your kitchen and craft up some of your best meals . I received a free key and the game is still in early access so I'll be gentle until I get further into the game. As of now, this is one of the slowest starts I've ever experienced in this type of game. I recommend having something off to the side to watch, listen to, or play a second game while getting through the start. Would be nice if you could unlock tools earlier to clear the land / plant more sooner.1 found this helpful
If you like plants vs zombies AND Stardew Valley, don't miss this one. While still a bit buggy here and there the Devs are very passionate about the game and are committed to making it good - if you enjoy farm sims and funny kooky chaos, then pick this up and give it a shot ;3
