Do you ever dream of being a real hero from a fairy-tale about dragons, sorcerers and knights? If the answer is yes, then you're in luck. Because you are in a fairy-tale right now! Moreover, you are the Knight by yourself! You are fearless, you have sharp sword and your destiny awaits you. But… There is always a catch.
First of all, you don't know what's going on. Secondly, local Gods have a plan for you. They want you to be their living weapon. To be someone who shall carry their will upon this world. Yes, it's unfair. It's absolutely, completely unfair.
So this is where your journey begins. In Willy-Nilly Knight you have to be a knight in the middle of strange and unpredictable events. If you want to find out the truth, then you should do your best in fighting and tactics. At least it's a tactical RPG.

You will be a vital part of the great adventure and witness many different things. Do you want an example? What about confrontation with Gods? Or do you want to be a part of English folklore? Anyway, this journey will last more than 20 hours of gameplay so there will be plenty of events for sure. - It's real-time and turn-based all in one:
You could discover points of interest in this world in real time. But then it's time to fight game switches in turn-based mode. So you could keep your pace and plan your action carefully. Your action points is your only restriction there. - Surprises and references:

In this journey you will meet many different characters. Some of them will be your enemies, but you could find friends too. Even a true love! All your companions will have unique skill-set so it's your right to choose with whom you want to be on one side. - Real handyman:

game start out ok, but ends up poorly. the latter portion of the game seem very rushed and unpolished. Pros : Decent gameplay for awhile, repetitive though. gaming and other pop culture references are cool. Cons : Bugs ! was unable to progress because of a locked door... turns out you can just walk through the locked door ! (2 bugs cancelling each other?) Lot of annoyances : picking loot on the floor is... tricky, hard to pick up the damn bags. also, balance issue ? why spamming normal attacks seem to have better DPS than special attacks ? some weird pod activation, you trigger pods like xcom , but you stay locked in the fight. near the end of the game, twice i triggered a pod while next to a another pod... the other pod stayed out of the combat... even though my characters were right next to it ! i did not have fun playing this, though i did finish it. but i do not recommend this to others, the game is too janky, especially near the end.5 found this helpful
Another straightforward RPG/Adventure hybrid that I've enjoyed my time with. Differently, this at times can be difficult and you need have your tactics prepared before the battles.1 found this helpful
I don't usually comment on games, but this one I honestly disliked, right from the start. I got totally annoyed from the very beginning with that sulky, snooty boy that's supposed to be the hero, the girl that functions as a rather silly sidekick, and their cheesy dialogues. I could have overlooked it perhaps if the game was interesting; it isn't. The monsters are repetitive, the fighting also. Gear and spells are few and limited to one particular character. I gave the game two tries, but like the first time I couldn't push myself to finish it.1 found this helpful
It was a great funny and enjoyable game until you get around 3/4 through and you run into a fatal bug that kills the game and restarts does not help.1 found this helpful
So this would be great as an introduction to a young child to the world of rpgs. It tells the story of King Arthur in a way that is suitable for younger audiences. Arthur is from current Earth in this game and he inhabits the body of the young King. Gwynn is there as a wizard.
Fun little game with some flaws.
