really fun platformer! art is good and game feels nice to play

Druid was very cool but holy fatty(lovingly) would not neo the bullets very cool design, I like the shops and shooting reminds me of american malls very fun 100/10 would recommend. wish I could give dev money!

A charming little platformer set in the Wild West staring an adorable wolf and horse duo. All of the visuals are very solid with a simple and cute artstyle for the environments, characters and also cutscenes. The music works well in the background, but is not particularly notable. In terms of controls everything feels decently smooth and I never felt like I took damage or fell of a ledge due to anything other than my own mistakes. You do get a little stuck on ledges of platforms sometimes when trying to jump, but rarely is it in any situation where it would be detrimental and it’s easily remedy by walking a little to the side. While there are only two levels and one boss fight, each level is very expansive with multiple routes to explore, usually split into a path high up, a path on ground level and a path underground overlapping and converging every now and again. Be warned, though not particularly graphic, a wolf dies at the start! There is certainly a dichotomy between the cute graphics and the rather somber story that acts as a backdrop for the gameplay. Wolf West's game looked like an interesting game. The story was simple enough but the gameplay felt like it was just another generic platformer and it's very short. Level designs felt generic including the enemies, shops just felt a bit pointless because I only bought 2 lives especially the Boss fight. However, Luna's character design is one thing I love about this game. I like Luna's designs so much that this game deserves the potential for a remake or a sequel. Hopefully one day this game will get its extended version.
