The idea of a playable music-video filled with secrets is AWESOME. Love the style and execution, the song is a jam, but the minigames are WAY too difficult and cryptic for the tiny window of time you have to react in. It's free though, so maybe you'll do better than I did.2 found this helpful
Great song, innovative concepts. It's fun to watch your friends play after you've discovered some of the secrets, and sometimes you get to see them do better than you in unexpected ways.2 found this helpful
Great and Groovy song. I look forward to figuring this game out. Too bad I can't seem to find the artist anyplace but Steam (with more music), however if he keeps publishing this style of game/song. I'll be more than satisfied.1 found this helpful
"A Creative Blend of Music Video and Game, But Repetition is Key"
I'm currently doing a challenge to play through a free game in every single category on steam. I then give an honest review using ChatGPT.
Game: 52 / 447 Category: Minigames This is less of a traditional game and more of an interactive music video with minigames woven into the narrative. Each minigame lasts only a few seconds, and to truly experience everything, you’ll need to replay it repeatedly. The trial-and-error approach means you’ll fail a lot before figuring out what to do, which can feel a bit frustrating. That said, the project is upfront about being a music video first, so it’s hard to hold that against it. The concept is fresh and innovative, offering a unique twist on how music can be marketed. While it’s not for everyone, it’s a creative experiment worth checking out if you’re curious about the blend of storytelling, music, and gameplay.1 found this helpful
Song great, game hard.
The music video is awesome. The interactive parts not so much. The mini games are challenging as hell for people with slow reflexes and sometimes confusing how they work. The music is catchy the visuals are trippy and this really could have been a music video story without the mini games. It's free and the achievements are achievable albeit challenging when you don't know what you're doing or suck at rhythm games. The short amount of time you have to figure out what you gotta do it means you have to play it through a few times.
