[h1] Wander around and find some clues. Feels more like an experimental game and there's not much story here. If you like point & click adventure games you might find it somewhat interesting, but nonetheless it's a very unusual experience. [/h1]

supposedly ~1.5-hour fmv/point & click adventure. formerly paid (3 eur), free since early 2019 (half a year after release). lotsa reading (a 10-page memo to start with) and not one, not two but [b]FOUR dealbreakers[/b]. at least. the first I ran into was [b]no settings whatsoever[/b], made all the more annoying by [b]adding a sound effect to simply moving the cursor over menu options[/b]. why the ♥♥♥♥ would you do that, with or without audio settings? quit immediately, located the sound folder and deleted 'escmenu' with all the gong ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. turns out, there are more annoyances later, constant buzzing and the like, so you might be better off muting the whole thing if you don't heed my warning and decide to try it yourself. or there's a half-hour walkthrough without commentary on youtube but even that's not worth it. back in the game, I read the 'directions' section. told me that since the game was meant to be completed in one sitting, [b]saving your progress is not possible[/b]. who do you think you are, forcing people to play at least an hour, possibly double that without quitting? ♥♥♥♥ you. the third one, which I only read about because I decided not to waste too much time on…

Not sure why I did not review this game after finishing it a few years back, but considering "surreal full motion video adventure game" is probably not even in my top 25 favorite game genres, the fact that I played this game all the way through really speaks to the work put in by the developer. And seeing just now that there is another (seemingly?) similar game from the same studio available, and also for free to boot, inspired me to pass along a positive review of this title to try to continue the chain of people discovering this insane little piece of art.

I didn’t really understand how it worked or what it was trying to do. The gameplay and direction just didn’t make sense to me, and I stopped after about twenty minutes. Not my thing at all.

Некоторые технические недочеты немного портят впечатление, но они не критичны и не мешают наслаждаться этим прекрасным произведением. 'Yeli Orog' – это настоящая находка для любителей необычных и атмосферных игр, а также для тех, кто интересуется тюркской культурой. Рекомендую!
