Im very dissapointed because there are no complex instructions of functions of all those simulated systems and mechanisms. You are simply shown pictures with proper positions of switches and valves and that's it, no explanation of function whatsoever, no explanation of schematics, no ingame tutorials, no proper instructions in doc files or even on official website, not even english labels of switches in train cabin! Complete utter failure... I would play this sim to death if given thorough explanation of what are mechanisms in every train compartment, what is their function, how we affect them by changing various valves and switches etc. This deep level of simulation is what separates this title from others, without it, it falls short miserably. Language barrier will hinder its potential completely. The only, truly complex explanations of this simulator I found are series made in ukrainian language which only few can benefit from. They even have access to documents that explain every failure of train with corresponding part/element/switch/valve which is nowhere to find, it's literally arcane knowledge for non ukrainian customers. Great and very realistic simulator. With the help of the English manual and the English Youtube tutorials (links can be found in the manual) you should be able to start playing without much trouble. There are also ingame prompts that walk you through the startup process and tell you what to do. Highly recommended if you are a fan of realistic Train Simulators.

Steep learning curve and not for the faint of heart, but a detailed, difficult sim that's a lot of fun. I would not play this if you've never played a train simulator before. As far as english-speakers go, you'll enjoy this if you fall into one of these two categories: - You've spent time in "mainstream" sims like Train Sim World and you're tired of the overly simplified controls - You know what Run8 is and want a non-american version of it That is to say: If you don't already understand the basics of train operation, the learning curve may be insurmountable, but if you do, this could be a fun, rewarding game for you.

Yeah this is hardcore and definitely unforgiving. I don't know if cab controls can be switched with the mouse because I couldn't. I had to use keyboard key combinations to switch things on and off, I'd appreciate any help if I'm missing something. Easy mode is 100% why I could make the train move because holy cow neither the train gauge language nor my tiny experience in trains could've saved me. Graphics are so outdated so be sure that you couldn't care less if you insist on buying. The sim is still in active development which is so surprising. Very minor bugs like wheels not aligning perfectly with curved rails when looked at from a close-up view. Other than that it's fine. Still reading? Feel free to swipe your credit card.

it self is a good simulator, it will take a nice chunk of your memory but I don't regret buying it
