Age of Darkness: Final Stand

I loved this game before they did the armor update it made the enemies more tanky and there aren't any units to counter this neither in early or late game the only possible way is to arbalest spam and upgrade your arbalest to make more damage when they are in towers but even that isnt that super effictive and that is super boring they made the armor system but no units that have armor shred/penetration. plus the devs stopped/abandoned updating after the 1.0 patch while the game still has alot of problems/promised content that never saw the light of day.

Terrible bugs in the worst places Terrible balancing even on the lowest difficulty Awful RNG with resource placement and enemy paths from crystal On higher difficulties you lose more and more from things out of your control and the many game bugs Game quickly abandoned after devs run off to make Game of Thrones game after winning the license using this game as a tech demo.

My favourite RTS game over last couple years, keeps you on edge and every replay you want to do better then the last by tweeking strategy and trying new things. I just wish they expanded the game more and skip the story mode as that was kind of weak.

difficult but awaesome

Great game and enjoyable campaign. hope they continue expanding the campaign.

Decent RTS. I beat campaign and then easy once and standard survival once. I enjoyed campaign, though some missions are way too long and a bit too difficult. Survival mode is too long as well in my opinion, the first half felt good but latter half felt repeptitive. I like that you can "pause" the game though. overall 7.5/10.
