a fun strategy and monster killing game! traps and weapons are fun to play with and watching enemies get launched into oblivion is one of my favorite aspects
Successfully combines tower defense and TPS mechanics into a fast-paced and highly additive experience. Building efficient trap layouts while actively fighting alongside them remains as satisfying as ever. If you've played Orcs Must Die 1, 2, and are now thinking about picking up the third game; stop reading this and buy the game now... I know, you didn't leave and you're still here, that never works but I always wanted to say that. Orcs Must Die 3 is an incredible game, and a logical step forward for the franchise. The combat is improved across the board and much more responsive than the other games. In the first few Orcs Must Die games, the combat felt floaty, the hits never felt satisfying, and sometimes your hits would miss altogether. The music is great, the graphics and texture work is top notch; on higher resolutions you can literally see the pores on the orcs and main character models, just amazing art work across the board. If you loved the first 2, you'll love the 3rd. As for the rest, they're all just turds.
