Incredibly unbalanced. There is no joy in playing hard mode whatsoever. There is no invincibility window after being hit allowing you to die faster than you can even react when the screen is filled with projectiles. Having a limited number of dodges makes this even more annoying. Enemies do too much damage and/or player does not have enough health/defense. Using a health flask takes way too long since you always have projectiles heading right for you, immediately taking away all the health you just spent a full 2 seconds getting back. I wanted to play on hard because I wanted a little more of a challenge, not furiously having to retry a series of rooms 50 times because I ran out of flasks or instantly died due to having zero place to evade to. Good luck getting through hard without a weapon that homes because it is impossible to accurately aim and focus on evasive maneuvers at the same time. This game has a lot of potential to be fun but unfortunately is very unbalanced right now. I can not recommend this game to people who are not extremely patient and do not have the fastest attention span on the planet.

Poorly balanced in terms of damage numbers to and from the player, i-frames, and gameplay that felt more frustrating than difficult (especially with constantly getting stuck on walls going a pixel or two in or out). A game that could be really good if it were balanced better.

Simple towards the start, harder as the game progresses. Real gem for progression and bullet hell junkies. Charming art-style if you're not against each character having no more then a hundred pixels sometimes.

One of my favorite Indies. I saw they announced a new game (Neo Titan, looks cool check it out) and decided to start another playthrough. Combat feels great, bullet-hell aspects never feel unfair. Progression is fun and there are many interesting weapons. Highly Recommend

many quality of life features were promised but never added. (difficulty selection after making a save, selling items, etc...)
