Switch between sweet and punk Giana to wield distinct abilities and reshape the dream world itself as you tackle brutal platforming challenges across 23 levels packed with twisted puzzles and epic boss fights. Experience hardcore retro-style platforming with stunning morphing visuals, tight controls, and competitive multiplayer arenas where up to 4 players race and battle to knock each other off the screen.
Fluidly morph between two dynamically different dream worlds to solve puzzles and combat grueling enemies. Players will have to intertwine sweet Giana's twirling jump attack with Punk Giana's hammering dash attack to survive the dualling dimensions.
Now featuring a brand new competitive multiplayer arena racing mode!
The game sets up to 4 players against each other in local PvP, speed-running in an effort to push each other off the screen with the help of boosters and power-ups.
Smash through all obstacles! Run, dash, jump, head bonk, fire cannonballs and barrages of bullets onto your opponents. Switch the level layout on the fly as you rush through dreamgates. Collect gems to fill your speed booster and use your power-ups to knock out the other players.

I bought Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams thinking it would be a nice, colorful platformer to introduce my son and nephews to PC gaming. Cute visuals, cartoon style… seemed like a safe bet. Yeah, no. This game is secretly a hardcore platformer wearing a friendly disguise. Even on normal difficulty, it demands sharp reflexes, precise movement, and quick decision-making. It’s not “kid-friendly platforming”; it’s “why did I miss that jump by one pixel again?” platforming. And the boss fights… let’s just say I had a long, personal relationship with that octopus. Over 100 attempts later, I finally moved on with my dignity slightly damaged. The controls also don’t help. The key binding system is awkward and really feels like the game was designed with controllers in mind first. At one point, I genuinely thought the underwater sections were broken because, with the default keyboard settings, I couldn’t switch characters underwater. Turns out you actually need to rebind keys for the mechanic to work properly. Not exactly intuitive design. And in the end, I never actually finished the game. The final straw was the requirement to replay earlier stages and achieve certain star ratings just to un…1 found this helpful
I can only NOT recommend this game as the camera has a bug where the screen doesn't start scrolling until I am nearly at the far right side, meaning you can't see anything approaching. I've loaded and reloaded, changed options and settings (all in the short time I've played), then put a message on the discussion board (which was ignored).
I really tried to make this game work and I've tried tweaking several parameters and no dough. It either crashes on startup or when starting the 2nd level or when I enter the 2nd level it starts morphing constantly.
this game is ONE SINGLE CRASH all in one. i never played a game crashing more often. offers direct x settings that it doesnt even support. than i play on DIRECTX9 & 60FPS and a screen settings that make my eyes bleed and i come to the intro sequence and it crashes again. this game is a technical disaster! UNPLAYABLE!
