Great game, i played a lot of shin megami tensei and Persona games, and this one is in my top 3 Fun to play, good characters and i was satisfied with the true ending. I'm replaying on steam now, i finished first on playstation

Have you played the Digital Devil Saga series for the Playstation 2? If you did, you'll enjoy this. That's how this game plays really, an old RPG from the Playstation 2 times. If you have been pining for more of it, you'll find a similar experience here. If you want the super stylized, quick flashy gameplay of the Persona series, that's not what you will get. Look elsewhere.

After spending a decent amount of time with this game, I can give it my honest take. If Persona is the AAA Blockbuster movie that you've been waiting for all summer, Soul Hackers 2 is the direct to streaming spin-off that nobody asked for. But, its not streaming on Netflix, its streaming on Tubi. Some of the voice acting is VERY bad and dry. They story is very weak and the acting/writing is so poor that it takes away from the story, what little story there is. I would recommend this game if you need to fill a void while waiting for the next Persona game, but find it on sale or on a key site. It features Zach Aguilar, the voice of Tonjiro from Demon Slayer and the music was composed by Keiichi Okabe, the composer of the music in Nier: Automata so there are a few high points....
