✦ AI summary

Lonely Mountains: Downhill is praised by players as a relaxing yet challenging cycling game with beautiful atmosphere and satisfying progression, particularly appealing to completionists who enjoy mastering trails through repeated attempts. The main criticism is that some levels can be brutally difficult and time-consuming to complete, though this difficulty is often viewed as part of the appeal rather than a flaw. Players consider it worth purchasing, especially if you enjoy precision-based challenges and have the patience for extended practice sessions.

This game is so much fun. But frustratingly brutal to complete some of the levels. I've played some levels for hours to complete.

This has become one of my favorite games. It has the rare combo of being relaxing and challenging at the same time. I somehow get in the zone when working on getting all the achievements for a trail all while stress washes away with the super chill atmosphere. It also plays a charm on the Steam Deck.
Recommended Sep 23, 2026
If you are the completionist type then this game is fantastic and 100% for you. PvE, your only enemy is the clock and your own hubris as you pedal through atmospheric glory.
Recommended Sep 13, 2026
enjoyable game that becomes a completely different game with the alternative camera mod
Recommended Sep 10, 2026
The game is fun and good looking enough, the difficulty levels are well made The first task is to reach the other end of a trail on the mountain, then after you can do it with a limited number of crash or limited time to unlock more stuff or more trail/path on a mountain to finish the whole mountain and unlock another mountain to ride on Good game
Recommended Sep 7, 2026
Probably the best cycling game I've ever played.
