Join Sam for the next chapter of his journey as he attempts to connect Australia to the Chiral Network. Navigate a living environment through day and night cycles, natural disasters – including earthquakes, sandstorms and forest fires – and Timefall, a rain that instantly ages everything it touches. To traverse this dangerous landscape, you’ll need to build new types of infrastructure, master specialized equipment and confront (or evade) the otherworldly creatures that roam the fractured world.Fight for the future
Face enigmatic Mech soldiers, as-yet unseen BTs and new boss types that will push Sam to his limits. As you prepare for each journey, you’ll be able to fabricate weapons like machine guns, shotguns and grenade launchers to deal with threats. Or, choose to avoid confrontation altogether with stealth – using decoy holograms, silent takedowns and long-ranged gear. Through APAS enhancements, Sam can learn new skills that will improve his odds of survival, like enhanced weapon fire-rates or reduced movement noise to help him stay hidden.Hands across Australia

Your in-game actions affect how other players interact with the world and vice-versa – so connect, collaborate and help your fellow Porters on their journeys.Leave a “Like” on a useful bridge, donate resources to community projects, store field ware in shared lockers and finish incomplete deliveries as you stumble upon dropped cargo from other Porters. I really love this game, it takes the first game and take it to the next level on all matters: story, gameplay, customization, music and more! Highly recommended!
i wonder how much bt's (dogs) my local USPS have to deal with
they should rename video games to Hideo games
I tend to think of Death Stranding 1 as a once-in-a-generation game that unfortunately knows that it is a once-in-a-generation game. And as corny as it sounds, I would refer to Death Stranding 2 as a once-in-a-generation game that *fortunately* knows that it is a once-in-a-generation game. Which is to say, it's a damn good sequel. The dopamine drip that is the porter gameplay now includes a ton of conveniences and quality-of-life improvements to make the idea of doing cockamamie things like, say, building a continent-spanning zipline system to facilitate easier travel (and hear Norman Reedus go YAAAAAAAAAY) even more attractive. I also think the story's benefiting bigtime from 1 shouldering the setting's bouncy-house of exposition dumps, as it leaves 2 to focus on more (and better!) character moments within a cast that frequently just slays with the performances. I don't really even care about how the underlying bones of the plot itself are a rehash of 1's, it's all just presented and paced so well (unusual for a Kojima game, haha). If I had played DS2 in its release year, it would have been my GOTY, easily.
Where do I even begin.. this was... perfection, there's no other way to put it, I've loved every second of it, the story is great, the plottwists are great, visuals are amazing and it's even better on an ultrawide to which I switched during this game. damn.. I'm impressed. now, where's DS3 ?
(Completed on PS5) Death Stranding 2: On The Beach (aka Super Death Stranding) is a practically perfect sequel to what is in my eyes a practically perfect game. This might be my all time favorite game, or at least in my top 5. Death Stranding has become my favorite Kojima IP even above Metal Gear Solid, as hard as that is to say. Eagerly awaiting OD
