Wouldn't normally give a review this early, but for $1, you can't go wrong if you want to try something a bit different in Tower Defense. Make sure you have a look at the Steam page video to get a feel for what is going on. Just remember that the next tower to be placed is at the top left of the screen.

Came back to this one after a couple of years, and it feels like some work has been done. Previously it had been a negative review, now it is more of a neutral review, with a tepid thumbs up because a meh isn't an option on Steam. It now has a full screen, which is nice, and I can see the map better. The goal is to match towers into higher level towers, and it can be interesting, as the towers make the walls of the path. There are three base tower, red, blue and yellow, and if you mix tier one towers you can make green, purple and white(?) I feel like it should be orange, but it's not. A basic explanation of what the towers do would be nice, some are pretty obvious, others not so much. The enemies look different, but I really only see regular and a boss type, if more is going on, it isn't explained. There are strategic upgrades, also under explained, but they are very limited and you have them all very quickly. Meh... Periodically you get a bomb to use, careful not to destroy a tower with it., There is also as tower you get that is supposed to be like a wild card, but does not work well. Tried to combine two tier two blues, got a tier one yellow and lost the blues? Not sure w…
