MOUSE: P.I. For Hire

I never write reviews for games. MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is the game that changed that. I absolutely adore this game. I feel like this game was made for me. It has such an incredible style. It is as cinematic as it is timeless.... the music, the direction, the customization (even in Black and White) is absolutely stunning. I would recommend this game to anyone, and everyone. This is the best new game of 2026. Part shooter, part puzzle, part adventure, part AWESOME. <3 T

Played on Steam Machine. I enjoyed my time with MOUSE: P.I. For Hire. The main hook for me was the incredible art style, and it definitely delivers on those fronts! I also loved messing around with the guns and hitting fun platforming tricks. This is my first shooter and I think it was a great introduction to the genre. I also really liked the music and the fun maps, each one felt distinct and creative. The story and the dialogue dragged this game down quite a bit for me. If you asked me even a week later what the game was about, I really couldn't tell ya. Each dialogue section felt very on the nose and annoying to me, it was hard for my brain to pick out which parts were cheese puns and which were a part of the story. But if you play the game with the mindset of just having fun shooting stuff and platforming, you can ignore most of the story. This is a steal on sale. At full price, it's still a fun package and there's a good amount of content to keep you engaged, but I would really consider purchasing when the price is dropped.

super fun and amazing looking game that overstays its welcome just a tiny bit. but i'd much rather that than too short any day.

Awesome art with fun combat and levels, story is good too, overall the game is very nice. 8.2/10

I loved everything about this game but particularly James Alexanders voice work. EVERY CHARACTER he voiced was amazing and I want to see more of his work. Also Steve Bandel and I are fighting for life.

It's fun
