I’m a huge Junji Ito fan, so I absolutely loved this game! 🖤 The atmosphere, creepy visuals and unsettling feeling throughout the game really capture what makes Junji Ito’s work so special. A must-play for fans of his horror! 👁️✨

Junji Ito Maniac: An Infinite Gaol is a solid little horror game. Emphasis on little, I managed all three endings and 100% of the achievements in just under 10 hours. That said, I enjoyed the time I spent with it. The puzzles were fun without overstaying their welcome, and the mechanics kept things interesting enough to carry the experience. My only real complaint is that it barely scratches the surface of Junji Ito's catalog. There are so many iconic stories and horrors they could've pulled from, and it feels like a missed opportunity. Still, for what it is, it's an enjoyable experience. If you're a Junji Ito fan looking for a short horror game, it's worth checking out.
