Chronos: Before the Ashes

The janky controls and the last sliding puzzle (which will take you longer then the game itself) makes this game absolute bollocks. In the intire game i didn't manege to parry an attack once.. Yeah, it's that bad. The healing animation makes you character stand still for 3 seconds so good luck trying to heal in a boss fight and sometimes when the boss is stunned and you have to time to heal, then ofcourse the button doesn't respond at all. Remember when you where a kid and you got so frustrated that you trew your controller trough the room? This will take you back to that feeling without a doubt. I'm sooooo glad the vr was to expensive for me. If i had to pay 40$ for this i would have cried. I'm a very big Zelda occarina of time fan so i was looking forward to play this so bad but it ended up in absolute sht. I uninstalled it before the final boss, i'm not kidding, i just couldn't take it anymore with the unresponsive jank. Avoid it like the plague, trust me...

abandoned game impossible to get 100% achievements in since they added achievements for new game + but didn't actually add a ng+ mode. It's now been 3 years with no more comment about it, it's not going to happen.

no NG+ mode

It's not for me. Few reasons why: - Not smooth playability, letters and animations seem broken or are too slow, a bit unpolished. - The fighting is not satisfying at all, the timing to parry is odd. - Puzzlewise it is too linear - Last and most importantly, you cannot custom control or assign new buttons to actions preset by default (it comes with RB and RL as attack and heavy attack i.e. this is nuts)

Each death adds a year Labyrinth ages the young Wisdom pays the cost

Somewhat unfinished, with no real ending and NG+ mode not having been implemented despite achievements existing for it. But a fun game, good visuals, and it's interesting to see some of the early lore that later got into the Remnant games.
