I had such a lovely time with 24 Solar Terms. If you enjoy cozy hidden object games, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try. The artwork is absolutely gorgeous, and every scene is full of charming little details. I found myself taking my time just to appreciate how much care had gone into each little corner. Every chapter has its own unique feel, and the changing seasons are brought to life beautifully. I wasn't familiar with the 24 solar terms before playing, so I really enjoyed learning a little about them and the traditions and folklore that inspired each chapter. It made the whole experience feel even more special. The gameplay is relaxing, with a few fun mini-games mixed in. Some objects can be surprisingly difficult to spot because they blend into the scenery so well, but I enjoyed taking my time and discovering everything on my own. The game isn't bad, it's just not fun. Find Wally gameplay + 24 solar terms as narrative. You simply locate the corresponding item to progress the story. Finding item isn't fun, since finding the item solely based on the description without knowing what they would look like. The narrative is bland as well. 24 Solar Terms is a very calm and zen little game with a really charming cultural style to it. I ended up struggling to finish it though, and eventually had my partner sit with me to help work through parts of it. I found a lot of the puzzles difficult to solve, and over time I started feeling more bored than engaged. That said, the atmosphere and presentation are genuinely adorable and relaxing. I'm only recommending it because the art was beautiful and someone else might enjoy this kind of game.

I really enjoyed this game! It's a very nice puzzle game. Nice art style and relaxing music. I liked that I could check in the collection panel what items I missed. The collection panel also tells you if you have to collect an item before a certain time. You also don't have to replay the entire game to get things you missed. You can replay an entire season or just 1 solar term, which is a lot shorter if you missed something at the end of a season.
