+ • colorful 2D cartoon art style • creative and unconventional setting • pleasant soundtrack • charming voice work reminiscent of Animal Crossing, featuring its own fictional language • plenty of achievements to unlock • exploration at your own pace without any time pressure − • a large number of fetch quests • the narrative occasionally lacks depth and a stronger sense of significance • slow boat travel can disrupt the overall pacing • long distances between quest objectives can become frustrating at times • Boat controls sometimes feel a bit clunky and inconvenient
Conclusion
The game shines primarily through its colorful presentation and cozy atmosphere. It offers a relaxing experience for players who enjoy exploring at their own pace and are looking for a short, lighthearted adventure. However, those seeking a deeply engaging story or a wider variety of quest design may come away somewhat disappointed. Even so, it remains a charming indie title that is well worth picking up during a sale. _______________________ + • 2D-Cartoon-Stil | farbreich • kreatives und ungewöhnliches Setting • angenehme Musik • charmante Synchronisation im Stil vo…2 found this helpful
A really cute and fun game! Was able to 100% it in under 5 hours and once I started playing I couldn't stop. It reminded me if dredge, spilled, and night in the woods had all melded and entered the world of Pinocchio. A fun story full of characters with the joy of being a ship captain.1 found this helpful
FINALLY a COZY game where you are a BOAT and can wear HATS
Chill and wholesome. Gives you a cute world to get lost in. While there is a laundry list to complete, it is abstracted and not in your face, which I very much prefer.
Cute art, but it's all downhill from there. Trying to interact with this game is clumsy at best, infuriating more often than not, and sucked any joy or fun out of playing.
This is a game where you can really feel the passion and charme that went into making it, a lovely experience, can only recommend!
