A Short Death

It's one of those only up kinda games where you have to climb to the top of a tower. But there's like lore or some ♥♥♥♥. As limp bizkit once said it really is one of those days

This is short and sweet single level platformer. Doesn't over stay it's welcome. There is a gimmick where you collect power ups that allow you to change into other creatures, but unless you're going for all the kitty skulls for new costumes, they don't get fully utilized until the final stretch. First run isn't very challenging as there are plenty of checkpoints, but there is a new game plus mode that is basically the same thing without check points. I did appreciate the story it told as you climb up, even though it was very obvious to me where it was all going, it does add to the experience. The game is fully voiced, but I wasn't jiving with it. Thankfully there is an option to turn it into gibberish. Overall, solid little game. Won't blow you out of the water, but a pleasant way to spend an afternoon.

Didnt really know what to expect when i got this then some platformery fun and turn out this a sort of Only up but if it was a PS1 game with a story that idk if works but at least get the emotions across of what it want you to feel. It short, sweet and fun enough if you have like an hour or 2 to kill want to hop around as a cute cat with wings then i think you really enjoy this game.

Really fun little platformer! I feel like with these little indie platforming games where your character can transform usually some amount of the forms get invalidated but I kept feeling like all 4 forms (including the basic one) had times where I wanted to use them which is cool and not typical! At first I was a little annoyed by the slow movement but as you start climbing (and as you get the other transformations) it stops being a problem at all.
