But rest assured, this is still an impartial review written as if I had bought the game myself. 😁 Add Cross is a minimalist Kakuro game where your goal is to fill each grid with numbers that add up to the totals on the side for a nice little brain workout. It’s all about logic and addition, and this version offers a clean, accessible way to dive into it. For a simple concept, it’s surprisingly satisfying. You get 150 puzzles spread across three difficulties, all neat, clean, and no-guessing required. It’s fully keyboard-mapped (which I adored), the controls are super smooth, and the hint system is generous enough to let you skip the mental math if your coffee hasn’t kicked in yet. Add achievements that unlock every 10 levels and a nice progression curve, and you’ve got a great value logic package. That said, it’s not without quirks. The spinning background can get dizzying after a while, and there’s a slight delay when entering numbers or notes too quickly, which might frustrate fast typers. The audio, while pleasant, doesn’t scale down softly …
