About Adrift
Adrift is a game for people who are looking to calmly relax and explore a quiet forest and craft and collect items throughout it. Relax and enjoy the ambiance and music of the forest. Craft items to eventually map out hidden tunnels created by moles underneath the forest. The game runs fine, but as of now, there's basically nothing to do but walk around a small map and pick up a few items that don't do anything. A guided tutorial is necessary, and it does not even really have that at the moment. I had to guess what to do and what keys to use. After collecting the goggles, I walked around the map grabbing items for crafting, but afterward, I had no idea what to do with them as there is no guide for how to use the crafting system. As for bugs. I couldn't use the walking map draw function (no info on how to activate it either), and I didn't find any moles after walking around the entire map and using the goggles (why?). Crafting is not straightforward, and I couldn't figure it out (which should not be difficult for this style of game). It's a cute map so far, and the vibe is cozy, but this is basically not even a tutorial/demo, so I don't know where it's going really. It may be worth a visit in the future.3 found this helpful
It's a working in progress. I didn't know what to do after I collected all the pieces for the sledge hammer and shovel. It seems I'm lacking resin but I've got plenty of it already, unless I'm not able to figure it how to use the craft book.2 found this helpful

Horrific performance issues. I had constant frame spikes with GPU usage dropping down to 11% at times. FPS was super low, but even if it was higher, the insane stutters would be enough to make the game unplayable.
