After Dark VR is the first VR online co-op survival horror where you play as either a Hunter on the hunt to strike down your next victim or as Survivors working together to stay alive and escape. 6 Hunters in 6 Maps are Available Now with many more to come!

Objective for the Hunter is to use brute force striking down the Survivors locking them away in a Cage so they can't escape.
Objective for Survivors is to turn on 4 Fuse Boxes so the Exit Gate powers on allowing them out of the area they're trapped in with the Hunter.
Fuse Boxes are located all around the Map. Survivors need to find a Fuse Box and turn all levers from OFF to ON then power on with Handle. If done incorrectly, the levers will reset. Light will switch from Red to Green once powered on. Note: The Hunter can interact with the Fuse Boxes and reset progress made.
Once Survivors power on 4 Fuse Boxes they can escape through the Exit Gate and win.
When the Hunter strikes down a Survivor the Survivor enters Spectate Mode and their body spawns in a Cage somewhere in the Map. Survivors can free teammates by pulling the lever beside the Cage the Survivor is trapped in.
The Hunter must strike down all Survivors to win.

4 friends are renting a house near a Music Festival for a weekend getaway where there just so happens to be a ruthless Hunter on the loose. After trying to leave, they quickly realize the Hunter has turned off the exit's power, leaving them trapped until they figure out how to power on their escape!

"After Dark VR" is a janky, abandoned Early Access VR exclusive co-op survival horror game, you know, where you wander around and get jumpscared and do some little "first person adventure game" activities to pass the level. It didn't catch on due to poor production qualities and the questionable decision to make the game VR exclusive, as well as what may well be a lot of asset flipping/plagiarism. The developers abandoned this 2 years and 9 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. Gamers can tell... and it comes across as insincere. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is…2 found this helpful
It's sad to see that this was last updated 3 years ago. The game is dead, I checked the Steam Charts to see I was literally the only person in the world in this game right now. No one is playing this game and I can't play it with friends because it's exclusively VR, no PC version. It's good but if you wanna play this you're gonna have to do it with bots by yourself. Oh, but my apologies. Bots don't work. I tried it several times. Playing as the killer, no survivor bots show up at all. The map is completely empty. Want to be survivor? Too bad. Can't be survivor with only bots. The game is literally unplayable unless ALL your friends have a VR Headset that can run Steam Link.
Not Fun I Hate This Game 0/10 Don't Play
This Game could've been really cool, I bought it a few days after it came out. I played it a couple times but it was very buggy and you can only play if you have enough friends to fill the lobby. The devs completely abandoned this game. I hope they have a good reason for doing so because they released a couple updates and never did another thing. Then I notice the game is free? Feels like a big FU to those who tried to support the devs early on.
personally idk why my friend would add this to his wishlist even tho its free
2/10 It had really good fps but the quality and graphics absolutely sucked, literally no one was playing so I had to play with bots and they weren't even doing anything they were just running circles. This game sucks, don't install it. This is just a rip off of Dead by Daylight but on VR, if you want a better game than this buy Dead by Daylight Its way better and anyways this game is a rip off of it so yea. Also the game is SOOO dark you cant even see anything
