About AIKAGI
"AIKAGI" is a visual novel. More specifically, it is a kinetic novel, without any branching routes.
During the last winter of his student days, Sunohara Nozomu finds himself at his wits' end. His parents told him to move out on his own to learn how to become more independent, but he's having trouble finding a place that feels like home, not to mention he's never even cooked for himself!
That's when his childhood friend, Takanashi Shiori, gives the conflicted Nozomu a shocking request.
"Um... W-Won't you come and live with me!?"
At first Nozomu isn't sure if living with someone will really help him become "independent," but Shiori convinces his parents to let him live with her, and before he can give it much thought, everything has been arranged. They agree to live together for one month so that Nozomu can learn the ropes of living alone.

Aikagi is the 5th project created by Azarashi Soft(well known for developing Amakano series) and my very first title from Azarashi Soft. It is a short romance story and took me around 5 hours to finish. The story can be a little cliche but it overall shows the ordinary love story between 2 people very well. You will be reading how both of them living together under the same roof for a month and witness their feelings develop and eventually start to date each other, as simple as that. There's no climax or what so, just plain, everyday life love story so if you are not into these kind of setting, Aikagi isn't for you, otherwise I would say it's a nice love story you can read if you have some spare time.5 found this helpful

A light-hearted and sweet romance. Just sit back, relax and enjoy as Shiori's and Nozomu's story unfolds. When you just want to enjoy a straightforward and feel-good story without stressing over making choices, this is the kind of game to play.2 found this helpful
AIKAGI It doesn't try to be anything more than what it is, so if you're interested in the premise of living together with your childhood friend, you probably won't be disappointed. It's fairly short, and you can likely finish reading in under 8 hours. The Japanese is pretty basic-ish with no complicated vocabulary, which also makes it fairly easy to follow. Overall, a very grounded, cozy, simple LN with low-key romance.
